You agree to use AgentPeddler only for lawful purposes. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Prohibited Uses: You may not use our service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or creates spam/scams on connected platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.).
Our service utilizes Artificial Intelligence. You acknowledge that AI outputs may differ from actual facts and that you should verify any information generated by the AI before acting on it. We are not responsible for the accuracy of content generated by your AI agents.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
AgentPeddler is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
